Denise and her team are now teaching ZUMBA GOLD as well as
ZUMBA FITNESS. Our classes are in Enfield, Freezywater,
Finchley, Whetstone, Cockfosters and Hampstead Garden Suburbs
Denise is a professional IDTA dance teacher - teaching Salsa,
Ballroom & Latin Dance, Aerobics, Exercise to music (at London
YMCA) and other dance forms over the years as well as being a
Latin & Salsa DJ.
Denise and her teachers are now qualified to teach ZUMBA FITNESS
and ZUMBA GOLD.
ZUMBA GOLD is a low impact classes suitable for beginners or if
you are unfit or over 50 and is proving to be amazingly popular.
Let's face it, working out can be rewarding, beneficial and can
be lots of things, but it's never been known to be much fun

What is Zumba?
Zumba® is FUN! A workout using Latin
and World music with dance steps that are easy to follow in a

A fantastic core workout! Zumba® uses
moves during the workout that target the abs and back to
increase agility, strength and tone & sculpt the torso.

This workout provides for a great
sweat without even realizing you are exercising.

YOGA
We all need some quiet and peace in our busy lives but seldom
get it, so it is vital to put aside some time to relax in order
to balance our lives out. By practising Yoga on a regular basis
not only will it help you increase your suppleness, flexibility,
strength and balance but it will really help you relax and you
will leave the class feeing really chilled out.
The classes are quite gentle so are suitable for beginners and
most levels. We do mostly Hatha Yoga, which is stretching and
breathing techniques, finishing with a relaxation.
If you do the previous Zumba class then the Yoga class is a
wonderful way of winding down and helping you relax after
strenuous exercise. The stretching also helps alleviate, even
prevent any aches or sore muscles from the fitness programme,
particularly for those not used to exercise.
The Yoga class costs £5-00 but if booked with the Zumba, then
both costs only £9-50 instead of £11-00.
